Hi, I’m Nikki Tugnet and I am a Yoga Alliance-registered Yoga Teacher and a practicing Medical Doctor, specialist in Rheumatology. With 20 years of experience in the medical field and a decade of yoga experience, it is my mission to help you to flourish with therapeutic yoga.

I liken yoga to a TOOLBOX OF SELF-CARE: there is an abundance of useful tools within yoga that enable us to enhance resilience, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and stress management.
