If you are looking for therapeutic yoga for a health or pain issue, this option is for you. One-to-one sessions are the best way to assess and help with health issues, rather than in a group class. 

Each session is uniquely tailored to your needs. No two sessions are the same. 

Sessions may incorporate yoga poses (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), myofascial release, acupressure, Non-sleep Deep Rest (yoga nidra) and elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.


I specialise in working with musculoskeletal conditions, such as arthritis (all forms), back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis or autoimmune illness, including rare rheumatic disease. In fact, my work as a rheumatologist beautifully complements my work as a yoga teacher (and vice versa)!


Pain, autoimmune illness and arthritis are often triggered, or flared up, by chronic stress, held within the body. The mind and body cannot be separated: what affects one will affect the other.


If you live with pain you probably have a dysregulated nervous system (which you may not be aware of). I am passionate about helping you down-regulate your nervous system, to reduce the burden of stress and inflammation, which will facilitate your health journey.


Concessions are available for purchasing packages: 3-session or 6-session packages.


ONLINE or IN-PERSON sessions (in St John’s, Auckland) are available.

NOTE: Prior to our first session, you will be asked to complete a short health intake form and student waiver, both of which are necessary to help us understand what you are seeking from a yoga program, and how best we can help you. You will get the best out of your yoga program if we have this information before we meet (either in-person or on Zoom).
