YOGA FOR ARTHRITIS & AUTOIMMUNITY 10-CLASS PASS

  • Passes valid for 6 months (183 days) from first use.

  • Contact us to book into your class. Your Zoom link will be sent upon receipt of payment.

  • Current classes run on Friday 12pm - 1pm (Strength & Mobility) and Tuesday 8-8.45pm (Restore & Relax). All times in NZT

  •  Chair-based or Floor-based, depending on your desire and experience. 

    Accessible, adapted yoga group class, especially designed for anyone living with arthritis, joint pain or autoimmune disease.

    Beginners welcome!

    Classes accommodate for fatigue, pain or flare.


    Come as you are and do as much or as little as you feel like. We know that your energy may fluctuate from day to day: there is no pressure to do everything. Leave your camera off if you wish!


    Props you may need:

    • Armless, sturdy chair, without wheels - propped against a wall or on a rubber yoga mat to prevent slippage 

    • 2-3 cushions

    • Rolled up blanket or thick towel

    • Yoga blocks x2 (or substitute with thick books)

    • Yoga strap (or substitute with a long belt or piece of fabric)

    • Massage ball (or tennis ball)

    • Zoom access

    • Water bottle
